I had a great experience here. Mae is absolutely incredible at what she does. She really takes the time to understand exactly what you want to make sure you love the final product. She can really take what you are looking for and take it to the next level to create a final product that is unique to your hair and looks better than you could have thought. Em very professional. Mae is amazing. A true hair artist! I have been going to Mae for over 20 years while she worked in San Diego. I will miss her professionalism and her great hairstyles. She is an expert colorist and always up to date on the latest styles. North Carolina you are so lucky to have Mae! 10 Stars!

Unbelievably happy!!!!!! I was extremely nervous going to get my hair done since I had never had anything more than a trim, but I am so happy I did. The colors she added look natural and somewhat subtle but still made a huge difference. Almost everyone I've talked to thus far has stopped and complimented me on my hair. It's made me feel more confident and I love it! On top of the hair itself, the experience was very enjoyable. Mae is so fun, easy to talk to, and I am genuinely looking forward to seeing her in the future. 10/10

I highly recommend Mae Neubauer. My daughter introduced me to her and I have been going to Mae to get my hair cut, colored and styled for over 20 years. I always get compliments on my hair. She is professional and keeps up with the latest trends. Of all the stylist I have used, Mae is the best. You leave the salon feeling confident and pretty. And, she truly cares about her clients. When she sold her salon in San Diego and moved to Charlotte, for six months, she returned to San Diego to take care of her clients until the new owner was in place. Give Mae a try, you will be happy with the results!

Honestly best place ever! Never been able to find someone who can Color and lift my hair without dealing with brass. Mae is such a professional and knows what's she's doing. She dramatically can transform my natural dark locks into bombshell gold without damaging a stand. If that isn't skill I don't know what it. 110% recommended to go to her !
